The World Poetry Movement is a coordination of organisations, projects and poetic undertakings that seeks to articulate all its allies through an organic and dynamic action plan. The actions that WPM undertakes seek to contribute effectively to the processes of strengthening and socio-cultural development for change, from the actions carried out by poets, considering that their knowledge and influence on the people are very useful to consolidate new paradigms, which serve as a transitional impulse towards a humanity with a new attitude towards the demands of a hard and decisive time regarding the living and the survival of the human species on the planet.
The World Poetry Movement is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation, made up of organisations and poets: more than a hundred poetry festivals, 105 poetry projects, more than 2,000 poets from 150 nations on all continents.
By registering as a member, you will be linked to the entire network of the World Poetry Movement around the world. In addition, you will have access to exclusive material, such as anthologies and teaching resources.
